MEXICO CITY, January 17 .- Military personnel arrested in Zapopan, Jalisco, José Sánchez Villalobos, alleged financial operator Pacific Cartel, led by Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman.
In a statement, the agency said that Sanchez Villalobos is related to the securing of 15 million pesos $350,000 in Tijuana, which occurred on November 18, plus it has a location and order of presentation.

According to the investigations, the alleged financial operator of the Pacific Cartel in the states of Baja California and Jalisco also has an arrest warrant in the United States on charges of distributing cocaine.
Undercover work provided information that Sanchez Villalobos changed his name and personality calling himself Oscar Hernández González in order to evade the authorities.
The prisoner was brought before the federal prosecutor assigned to the Office of Special Investigations into Organized Crime (OFDI) in Mexico City.
